8. Assist clients in drafting ,examining or revising all kinds of company internal rules and regulations;

9. Accept the commission of clients, participate in negotiations on the business, draft, examine and revise each kind of contract;

10. Provide legal opinions for the establishment ,incorporation, separation of corporation, or purchasing, merger, reconstruction ,as well as the transfer of stock right, restructure of enterprises stock system, the listing of stock and so on ,draft , examine and revise the related legal documents.     

11. Handle the legal affair of the joint management，contracts ,lease of management between clients with other enterprises, draft, examine or revise the related contracts;

12. Help to handle different kinds of legal affairs between clients and government's functional administration such as Department of Industry and Commerce, the Tax Department, the Price Department, the Customs, the Department of Commodities Inspection and so on , provide the law making, judicial information or the law opinion in this domain ;

13. Provides legal protection in trade marks, patents, copyrights ,the right of trade name and other intellectual property right, assist clients in preventing the intellectual properties infringement and other unfair competition behavior ,claims and litigation;

14. Accept the commission of clients, try to get payment from the domestic and foreign debtors through non- lawsuit way;

15. Accept the commission of clients , assists the company to handle the internal relations or the foreign commercial dispute through non- lawsuit way ;

16. Accept the commission of clients, act as agent on behalf of client for all kinds of lawsuits and arbitration;
